Located in Drummond Township. Our address is 2519 Drummond Concession 12a Road, in Lanark.
What is your venue capacity?
We can host up to 100 guests for your wedding or special event.
What is your Wi-Fi capacity, and do you have dedicated power for presentations?
While we don’t offer on-site Wi-Fi, our elevated location provides excellent cell signal, making hotspots and data connections incredibly reliable. To ensure your presentations and tech setup run flawlessly, we provide a commercial generator and dedicated sound systems for all your power and audio needs.
Is the venue accessible for all of our guests?
Our entire venue—from the parking areas to the barn and event tent—is designed with a level flow in mind, ensuring that the experience is completely accessible for everyone. For guests who utilize wheelchairs or have limited mobility, we do recommend the addition of a dedicated accessible restroom to ensure their absolute comfort.
What is your 'rain plan' for outdoor team-building activities?
We’ve tucked a lovely rain plan right into our design! If the weather doesn't cooperate for outdoor activities, we can effortlessly transition your team into the main barn.
Can we bring in our own vendors?
What are the branding opportunities? Can we bring in signage or company banners?
We absolutely encourage you to make the space your own! The Barn and our airy tent provide a beautiful, neutral canvas that makes company branding really 'pop.' Whether you’re looking to display banners, floor-standing signage, or custom floral arrangements, we’re happy to help you find the most high-impact spots.

Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes! You will need a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) from the AGCO and single-day event insurance. We are happy to provide recommendations on sourcing and serving as requested!
What is the parking situation for a large group or a shuttle bus?
Arriving at the Barn should feel like the start of a retreat. We have a dedicated, easy-to-navigate parking area that can comfortably accommodate your guests' vehicles. If you are planning to bring in a shuttle or coach to keep the team together, our roadways are designed to allow for easy drop-off and pick-up right near the main entrance, ensuring a graceful arrival for everyone.
